Delivery Information

Turnaround

 All confirmed orders will be shipped within the specific delivery period as per stated in each of the product page (Normally will dispatch within same day after payment made).

 Payment has to be made and payment details must be sent to us via Contact Us within the promotion period as per stated in the product page, else, order shall be cancelled.

Digital Item only will ship via email/message:

• For Digital Games, you need to buy and pay by Paypal.
• After payment made, You will receive an Key(Steam Games Product key, Origin Games Product key, Uplay Games Product Key) within an hour.
• The Key will be dispatched to you via email (email registered under Game99Cent or Paypal Email) / The Game99cent Order History Page, 
• The Order Status will change from "Processed" to "Complete" after the key send to your Order History Page, 
• Please visit to corresponded website to download/activate your Games by using these Games Product Keys.

Order Tracking

Once we shipped the order, we shall update you the consignment number either via message / email or you may trace the consignment number under Order Information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, you may choose to wait for the item to be available which normally takes around 14 working days or we could ship you the part of your order which is in stock. When the other item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. However, in such case, you will have to bear the shipping cost for the second shipment.
